    Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed the following business day.
    • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your understanding.

    Shipping confirmation & tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).
    • Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes currently.
    • We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses per order. Please place separate orders for each destination if needed.


    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and location. Estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:

    • New Zealand (Standard) - 7 days from courier collection
    • Australia - 10 days from courier collection
    • International - 21 days from courier collection

    Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, customs clearance, and destination.

    DELIVERY DELAYS

    • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, customs delays, or high seasonal demand may occasionally affect delivery times.
    • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our team and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.


    DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES

    11:11 Wellness is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. However, we are here to help guide you through any claim process.

    If you receive a damaged parcel:

    • Retain all original packaging and contents.
    • Immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
    • Feel free to notify us as well — we’re happy to support you through the process.
    Return Policy

    At 11:11 Wellness, we strive to provide you with the best wellness products and an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

    General Returns (excluding clothing) 

    1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    2. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
    3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., lotions, creams, oils).
    • Health and hygiene products (e.g., supplements, vitamins).
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products.

    Clothing Returns & Exchanges Policy

    At 11:11 Wellness, each piece is created with love, intention, and care. We want you to feel completely aligned and comfortable in what you wear. Because many of our items are made in small, mindful batches and are crafted in Bali, we aren’t able to offer refunds — but we’re always here to help you find the right fit.

    Store Credit Only
    We kindly offer store credit for approved returns. This credit can be used towards your exchange or saved for a future purchase that feels right for you.

    Exchanges
    We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
    To be eligible, your item must be:

    • In its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Returned at the customer’s cost (we recommend using a tracked service).

    Once your return arrives safely back to us, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of your item so you can select the correct size or a new piece that calls to you.

    Please note:

    • Exchanges are available for damaged items only.
    • We’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind, so please choose with care.
    • We encourage you to check our size guides and reach out if you’re unsure — we’re always happy to help you find the best fit before purchasing.

    Return Process

    1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at operations@1111wellness.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
    3. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
